• 50% non-refundable deposit required before work begins.
• Remaining balance due before final delivery.
• Work pauses if payments are overdue.
• Accepted payments: Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Stripe.

• Local Launch: 1 revision
• Growth: 2 revisions
• Authority: 3 revisions
• Additional revisions are billed at $75/hour unless otherwise agreed.

The client agrees to provide all requested content, logos, photos, text, and approvals promptly. Delays in providing materials may extend the project timeline.

Ownership transfers to the client only after the project has been paid in full.

Elevate Local retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Elevate Local retains copyright to all original media.
• Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered images and videos for personal or business marketing purposes.
• The client may not resell, sublicense, or claim authorship of the work.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Projects may be rescheduled based on availability.
• No-shows forfeit the deposit.

Monthly plans automatically renew until canceled with 30 days' written notice.

Elevate Local warrants that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with the agreed scope.

Elevate Local is not responsible for:

• Third-party platform outages
• Hosting provider failures
• Domain registrar issues
• Search engine ranking changes
• Lost profits or indirect damages

Liability is limited to the amount paid under the agreement.

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, natural disasters, or internet outages.

This document represents the complete agreement between Elevate Local and the client. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
